Access your complete purchase history, track patterns, download documents, and quickly reorder your favorite items with just one click.

Accessing Your Order History

Where to Find Your Orders

  • Desktop: Account → My Orders
  • Mobile App: Profile → Order History
  • Quick Access: Header menu → Recent Orders

Order List View

Your order history displays:

  • Order number and date
  • Total amount paid
  • Current status
  • Number of items
  • Delivery/completion date
  • Quick action buttons

Filtering Orders

Find specific orders quickly:

  • By Date: Last 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, year, custom range
  • By Status: All, Delivered, Processing, Cancelled, Returned
  • By Amount: Price ranges
  • By Vendor: Specific seller orders
  • Search: Order number, product name, vendor

Order Information Page

Click any order to see:

Order Summary

  • Order ID and date placed
  • Payment method used
  • Delivery address
  • Contact information
  • Order status timeline

Items Ordered

  • Product images and names
  • Quantities and prices
  • Vendor information
  • Product links (if still available)
  • Bargained prices (if applicable)

Cost Breakdown

  • Subtotal
  • Shipping costs
  • Taxes/VAT
  • Discounts applied
  • Total paid

Delivery Information

  • Carrier and tracking number
  • Delivery date/time
  • Recipient name
  • Delivery proof/signature

Available Order Actions

For Delivered Orders

  • Leave Review: Rate products and vendors
  • Return/Exchange: Initiate return process
  • Buy Again: Quick reorder
  • Download Invoice: PDF receipt

For Active Orders

  • Track Package: Real-time tracking
  • Contact Vendor: Direct messaging
  • Cancel Order: Before shipping only

Invoices & Receipts

Downloading Documents

  1. Go to order details page
  2. Click "Download Invoice" button
  3. Choose format (PDF recommended)
  4. Save or print document

Using Invoices

  • Tax purposes: VAT documentation

Invoice Tip

Download and save invoices immediately after delivery. Invoices may not be available for orders older than 2 years due to data retention policies.

Reordering Items

Quick Reorder

Three ways to reorder:

1. Buy Again Button

  • Available on each past order
  • Adds all items to cart instantly
  • Uses current prices (not original)
  • Skip unavailable items option

2. Individual Item Reorder

  • Click specific product in order
  • Add to cart from product page
  • Check for updated versions

3. Subscription Orders

  • Set up recurring orders
  • Choose frequency (weekly, monthly)
  • Auto-delivery of essentials
  • Cancel or modify anytime

Reorder Considerations

  • Prices may have changed
  • Products may be out of stock
  • Vendors may no longer be active
  • Shipping costs may differ
  • New promotions may be available

Smart Reordering

Before reordering, check if the vendor has new products or bundle deals. You might find better value or upgraded versions of your previous purchases!
