Track your orders every step of the way with our real-time tracking system. Get instant updates on your order status and estimated delivery time.

How to Track Your Orders

Method 1: Through Your Account

  1. Log in to your digiMall account
  2. Go to "My Orders" section
  3. Find your order and click "Track Order"
  4. View real-time status and location

Method 2: Quick Track (No Login)

  1. Visit digimall.ng/track
  2. Enter your order number
  3. Enter the email or phone used for the order
  4. Click "Track" to see status

Method 3: Mobile App

  • Open digiMall app
  • Tap "Orders" in bottom menu
  • Select order to track
  • Enable push notifications for updates

Understanding Order Status

Order Processing Stages

Order Placed

Your order has been received and payment is being verified

Order Confirmed

Payment verified, order sent to vendor for processing

Processing

Vendor is preparing your order for shipment

Shipped

Order has been picked up by delivery partner

Out for Delivery

Order is with delivery agent and on the way to you

Delivered

Order has been successfully delivered

Special Statuses

  • On Hold: Order temporarily paused (usually for verification)
  • Attempted Delivery: Delivery tried but unsuccessful
  • Returned to Vendor: Undelivered order sent back
  • Cancelled: Order cancelled by you or vendor

Delivery Tracking Features

Live Tracking Map

When your order is out for delivery:

  • See delivery agent's real-time location
  • Estimated arrival time updates
  • Number of stops before yours
  • Direct contact with delivery agent

Delivery Information

  • Tracking Number: Unique ID for your shipment
  • Courier Company: Name of delivery partner
  • Estimated Delivery: Expected date and time window
  • Delivery Address: Confirmed shipping location
  • Package Details: Weight, dimensions, contents

Tracking Notifications

Notification Channels

  • Email Updates: Sent to registered email
  • SMS Alerts: Text messages for key updates
  • Push Notifications: Real-time app alerts
  • WhatsApp Updates: Message updates (opt-in)

Customizing Notifications

Control which updates you receive:

  1. Go to Account Settings
  2. Select "Notifications"
  3. Choose notification types:
    • Order confirmation
    • Shipping updates
    • Out for delivery alerts
    • Delivery completion
    • Failed delivery attempts
  4. Select preferred channels
  5. Save preferences

Common Tracking Issues

Tracking Not Updating

If tracking hasn't updated in 24+ hours:

  • Check with vendor for processing delays
  • Verify tracking number is correct
  • Contact courier directly with tracking number
  • Reach out to digiMall support

Wrong Delivery Address

If you notice an incorrect address:

  • Contact support immediately
  • If not yet shipped, vendor can update
  • If shipped, coordinate with courier
  • May require delivery rerouting (fees may apply)

Delivered But Not Received

If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received:

  1. Check with neighbors or building security
  2. Look for delivery photo/proof
  3. Contact delivery agent via app
  4. File a missing package report within 48 hours
  5. We'll investigate with courier company

Tracking Tip

Save your tracking number immediately after placing an order. You can also find it in your order confirmation email if you lose it.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times may be affected by weather, traffic, or high order volumes during sales periods. We'll notify you of any significant delays.
