digiMall is built with Next.js 15 and requires modern browser features for optimal performance:

  • • Internet Explorer - Not supported (use Edge instead)
  • • Opera Mini - Limited functionality due to proxy rendering

Common Browser Issues

Google Chrome Problems

Issue: Page Won't Load or Displays Incorrectly

Causes: Corrupted cache, extensions interference, outdated version
Solutions:
  1. 1. Clear cache: Chrome Menu → More Tools → Clear Browsing Data
  2. 2. Try incognito mode: Ctrl+Shift+N (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+N (Mac)

  2. 2. Disable "Resist Fingerprinting" if enabled
  3. 3. Try Firefox in Safe Mode: Help → Troubleshoot Mode

Safari Problems

Issue: Intelligent Tracking Prevention Blocking

Causes: Safari's ITP is blocking essential cookies
Solutions:
  1. 1. Safari → Preferences → Privacy
  2. 2. Uncheck "Prevent cross-site tracking" temporarily
  3. 3. Or add digiMall to trusted sites

Issue: Mobile Safari Performance
