Track your orders in real-time from the moment they're processed until they reach your door with our integrated tracking system.

Finding Your Tracking Number

Your tracking number is provided immediately after your order ships.

Where to Find Your Tracking Number:

  1. Order Confirmation Email: Check the shipping confirmation email sent to your registered email address
  2. SMS Notification: We send tracking numbers via SMS to your registered phone number
  3. Your Account: Log into your digiMall account and go to "My Orders"
  4. Order History: Find the specific order and click "Track Order"

Tracking Number Format: digiMall tracking numbers start with "DML" followed by 11 characters (e.g., DML20250108AB1C).

Ways to Track Your Order

Online Tracking

  1. Go to digimall.ng/track
  2. Enter your tracking number
  3. Click "Track Order"
  4. View real-time status updates

Customer Support

  1. Call 0700-DIGIMALL
  2. Provide your order number
  3. Get live status updates
  4. Speak with tracking specialist

Understanding Status Updates

Order Confirmed

Your order has been received and is being prepared for shipment.

Picked Up

Your package has been collected from the vendor and is with our delivery partner.

In Transit

Your package is on its way to the delivery location.

Out for Delivery

Your package is with the delivery driver and will arrive today.

Delivered

Your package has been successfully delivered and signed for.

Expected Timeline

Typical Delivery Timeline:

Note: Delivery times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or due to weather conditions. You'll be notified of any delays.

Common Tracking Issues

Tracking number not found

This usually means:

  • The tracking number hasn't been activated yet (wait 2-4 hours)
  • There's a typo in the tracking number
  • The order hasn't shipped yet

Solution: Double-check the number and try again in a few hours.

No updates for several days

Possible reasons:

  • Package is in transit between facilities
  • Weekend or holiday delay
  • Technical issue with tracking system

Solution: Contact customer support if no updates for 3+ days.

Delivery attempted but no one home

What happens next:

  • We'll attempt delivery again the next business day
  • You'll receive a notification with rescheduling options
  • After 3 attempts, package returns to local facility

Solution: Use delivery instructions or reschedule online.
