- Order History: Find the specific order and click "Track Order"
Tracking Number Format: digiMall tracking numbers start with "DML" followed by 11 characters (e.g., DML20250108AB1C).

- Click "Track Order"

Understanding Status Updates
Your order has been received and is being prepared for shipment.
Your package has been collected from the vendor and is with our delivery partner.
Your package is on its way to the delivery location.
Your package is with the delivery driver and will arrive today.
Your package has been successfully delivered and signed for.

Typical Delivery Timeline:
Note: Delivery times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or due to weather conditions. You'll be notified of any delays.
Common Tracking Issues
Tracking number not found
This usually means:
- The tracking number hasn't been activated yet (wait 2-4 hours)
- There's a typo in the tracking number
- The order hasn't shipped yet
Solution: Double-check the number and try again in a few hours.
No updates for several days
Possible reasons:
- Package is in transit between facilities
- Weekend or holiday delay
- Technical issue with tracking system
Solution: Contact customer support if no updates for 3+ days.
Delivery attempted but no one home
What happens next:
- We'll attempt delivery again the next business day
- You'll receive a notification with rescheduling options
- After 3 attempts, package returns to local facility
Solution: Use delivery instructions or reschedule online.
