How to Report and Block
In-Chat Reporting
1. Click the three-dot menu (⋯) in any chat conversation
2. Select "Report User" from the dropdown menu
3. Choose the appropriate reason for reporting
4. Provide additional details if necessary
5. Submit the report - our team reviews within 2 hours
Blocking Users
1. Go to the user's profile or chat conversation
2. Click "Block User" in the actions menu
3. Confirm the blocking action
4. The user won't be able to contact you anymore
5. You can unblock users from your account settings
