Verified vendors have submitted and had approved the following documentation:

  • Business Registration - CAC certificate or business registration documents
  • Tax Identification - Valid tax ID number and documentation
  • Identity Verification - Government-issued ID and proof of address
  • Bank Account - Verified business or personal bank account
  • Phone & Email - Verified contact information

Vendor Tiers

Beyond basic verification, digiMall offers premium vendor tiers with additional benefits:

Basic Tier

Standard selling features and support

Standard Tier

Enhanced visibility and priority support

Premium Tier

Maximum features, analytics, and dedicated support

Trust Indicators

Look for these trust indicators when evaluating vendors:

  • Verification Badge - Green checkmark indicating verified status
  • High Ratings - 4.0+ average rating from customer reviews
  • 📊 Order History - High number of completed successful orders
  • 🕒 Response Time - Quick response to customer inquiries
  • 🚚 Delivery Performance - Consistent on-time delivery record
  • 💬 Customer Reviews - Positive detailed feedback from buyers

Shopping Safety Tip

While verification provides confidence, always read recent reviews and check vendor policies before making large purchases.
